Description
Farm of over 3,000 hectares in the Valle del Acequión, San Juan, available in subdivisions. Flat terrain with low scrub, high solar radiation and substantial underground water resources — continuous aquifer with thickness of up to 950 metres.
The property has road access donated to Provincial Road Authority and regularly maintained, plus high-voltage electrical infrastructure: 33 kV lines from Route 40 and Retamito, and a new 132 kV line under development from Retamito with up to 40 MW of installed capacity.
Agronomically validated in an adjacent field (Osiris Project) for pistachio, olive and pomegranate crops. Additional potential for solar photovoltaic development.
