Prehistoric soils of exceptional quality
The vineyards sit on the bed of a prehistoric river formed by snowmelt. The soil is extremely stony, composed of water-eroded rocks, resulting in very low yields but exceptional quality — between 5,000 and 7,500 kg per hectare — with wines of unique mineral characteristics.
Harvest is done manually, in small 16 kg plastic crates at dawn, so the grapes arrive at the winery at optimal freshness. Annual production of 370,000 kg of grapes yielding approximately 250,000 litres of wine.

Production
Current capacity 600,000 litres per year, expandable to 1.2 million litres within the existing building structure. State-of-the-art stainless steel tanks.
Bottling & Barrels
Own bottling and labelling line for 1,000 bottles/hour. Barrel room with glass windows to the tourism area. Basic analysis laboratory. Administrative office.
Restaurant & Events
Restaurant for 200 seated guests with fully equipped kitchen, tasting room, upper floor for diners. Regular events and weddings at weekends.
Exterior & Logistics
Lake and garden with open marquee and tables for events. Views of the Andes mountain range. Supply shed and recently built product storage barn. Staff housing.
Productive expansion underway
In 2023, 36.6 hectares of Chandler walnut trees were planted on Paradox rootstock, which will result in harvests of around 200,000 kg of walnuts per year — an additional income source of great potential.
Primary production is entirely irrigated with a modern pressurised drip irrigation system. The property has two boreholes (2008 and 2023), both electrified, sufficient to meet current and future water needs.
Consolidated tourism business
The winery has an active and consolidated wine tourism business. The restaurant with capacity for 200 people, the tasting room and the outdoor space with lake and Andes views make this establishment a reference destination in Maipú.
