Estate de 17.330 hectáreas ubicada en el sur de la Provincia de Mendoza, en una zona de alto valor natural y productivo a aproximadamente 1.475 metros sobre el nivel del mar. El campo se destina principalmente a ganadería mayor y menor, con una capacidad de hasta 3.500 cabezas vacunas en verano y gestión de rodeos caprinos de hasta 3.500 cabezas.
The property has access from a paved road just 5 km away, with multiple strategically located gates. It has two main north-south divisions that allow efficient rotation of natural grazing.

Livestock & Pastures
The farm has supported up to 3,500 head of cattle during summer grazing season, reducing to 1,500 in winter. Goat herds of up to 3,500 animals have also been managed. The wetlands and bogs of the summer grazing area —estimated at 1,500 ha— combined with numerous springs and wet outcrops allow optimal livestock distribution.
Agricultural Potential
In past times, up to 1,500 hectares of wheat and alfalfa were cultivated along the stream — the traces of irrigation channels and ditches are still visible. The slopes and gradients allow water to be directed to any part of the farm.
